On Wednesday, January 25 the new Korzo Theater will host for the first time a live indie evening, a special rock edition of the monthly ‘Bloemenkorzo’ evenings. And what better way to start than with two of the most excellent bands from The Hague: GPZH winner NiCad (2008, category Bands) and Noblesse.
For the experimental rock band NiCad needs no introduction. The band recorded two successful albums, Europe and the United States, toured, and won several awards. Noblesse is the Korzo public as the band choreographer Amos Ben-Tal, previously seen in the crossover music / dance performance We Are Not Humanity. Noblesse also has two acclaimed albums to his name and in venues like the Melkweg and Paradiso played.
Breeding ground for innovation…
Because Korzo is known as a breeding ground for innovation and experimentation, both NiCad and Noblesse bring new material for the first time on lead vocals! An exclusive sneak preview, because both bands are currently working on their long awaited new album. Between concerts, the public has a special act: Henk Koorn (Hello Venray), Natasha Waardenburg (Appie Kim), Josha Nuis and Duco Scheltes (Nondegreen) playing covers of indie-rock heroes Pixies.
